First time home buying experience. My wife and I decided it was time for us to get a family home because we were tired of moving all the time. We went through the process of getting the pre qualification letter before we even started looking. Once it was in hand we started looking for homes and  found several we wanted to see ASAP. After contacting several agents through the Zillow site and none of the first three contacted us after appointment times passed; we got frustrated. Then my wife found Julia's contact info and called her. She got us set up to see some houses the same day within the hour. And we sure are glad the first few were slow because hands down she was there for us every step of the way.
